Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Program

In accordance with the California Air Toxic "Hot Spots" Program, the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (District) is responsible for requiring Health Risk Assessments from certain facilities that emit toxic air contaminants.  The District is also required to implement public notification and risk reduction requirements through District Rule 1210.  Please find below additional information related to the Program.

This web mapping application contains information regarding facilities required to submit a Health Risk Assessment for Assembly Bill 2588.  The following facilities presented represent those with actions taken starting in 2020.
