Construction Completion Notice

After completing construction under an Authority to Construct, but prior to operating the equipment, you must typically submit a construction completion notice (CCN).

Once the CCN is submitted the Authority to Construct (ATC) serves as the temporary authority to operate your equipment. Be sure to read and comply with the conditions of the ATC.

Once completed, the construction completion notice (CCN) can be sent to us via:

  • Email the Engineer assigned to your project
