If you’d like to speak during the upcoming Governing Board meeting, please complete the request to speak form below. This lets the Board know you wish to comment on a specific agenda item.
Deadline to request to speak:
Per the Governing Board Administrative Code, your request to
speak for non-agenda public comment must be submitted
before the meeting begins. Your request to speak on specific
agenda items must be submitted before the item is called for
discussion. The virtual “Raise Hand” feature will not be acknowledged.

You may
electronically submit a written comment, which is the
most direct way to share your views on a Board agenda item.
