Change of Equipment Ownership


To transfer ownership for valid permitted equipment, please download the Ownership Change Application. (Valid means currently in good standing with all fees paid)

Additional documentation must be provided to show proof of entitlement to the Permit to Operate at the time of the application submittal. All outstanding charges associated with the permit must be paid.

Below are acceptable documents. We do not accept Tax ID(s) and fictitious statements.

  • Bill of Sale
  • Title
  • Lease Agreement
  • Transfer Certificate Agreement
  • Escrow
  • Deed

There is a $130 non-refundable administrative fee per site which will be invoiced upon review of the Ownership Change Application and proof of entitlement. Please fill out the Ownership Change Application, provide proof of entitlement, and submit to: APCDpermits@sdapcd.org
