Submit my Grant Status Report

Grant status reports must be submitted periodically during the life of the contract. The District uses this information to understand how the equipment is operating, and to complete required reports to the state and federal agencies that fund these grants. Contractors and voucher recipients should consult their written agreements to know when any reports are due.

Reports may be mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered to the District.
