You may apply for a variance or permit appeal by submitting the appropriate forms to the Clerk of the Air Pollution Control District Hearing Board, located at 1600 Pacific Highway, Room 402, San Diego, CA 92101. You must complete all forms and pay the appropriate fee before the Clerk will schedule your variance or appeal hearing.
The Clerk accepts cash or a check made payable to the County of San Diego.

Rules 1410(b)(3) and 1425 contain filing deadlines for appeals of Title V permits.
