What forms do I need to file in order to apply for a variance?
The type of variance determines which forms are required. The Hearing Board Forms Chart shows the required forms for each type of variance.
What is the deadline for filing the variance petition forms?
Once you realize you may need to apply for a variance, submit the forms as soon as possible. The Hearing Board Calendar shows the filing deadline for the next hearing date.
What if my operation/business is a Small Business?
In accordance with California Health and Safety Code section 42350.5, the District's Small Business Assistance Program (SBA) was created to help small business owners.
